| Matipatha means “Path of Reflection” in Sanskrit.
Mati also connotes devotion. |
Yoga is a continuous and evolving
process of inquiry into the nature of humanity and divinity.
It is irrevocably personal and immediate. Ayurveda is an alchemical
science that provides insight and knowledge into the state
of inner and outer cosmos and the ways of change and transformation.
Real transformation can only come from a shift of consciousness.
Yoga and Ayurveda provide a clear pathway that allows healing
and facilitates growth. The philosophies and practices delineated
by both reveal subtler dimensions of our being and awaken
the innate intelligence.
I teach yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and Sanskrit in various
formats and contexts including workshops, classes and specific
modules on yoga teacher training programs.
I also offer Ayurvedic
Lifestyle and nutrition consultation and Ayurvedic healing
therapies.
